Listening to Learn – Hoshin Kanri Knowledge Sharing

A big takeaway from my MBA journey has been improving my active listening skills, like asking thoughtful questions and listening for understanding. The many (many!) interviews I have conducted for projects over the last two years have strengthened my abilities.
