Achieving Hoshin Kanri Success with AI

My current research project takes me into the world of lean management and the power of Hoshin Kanri for policy deployment. I was first introduced to lean management concepts while working a Destination Hotels (under the leadership of many now at CoralTree Hospitality). Kaizen Events were used to improve ongoing practices. Staff in all departments and at all organisational levels were educated in the key strategic goals and were empowered to deliver for our guests without asking permission first.
